LXRY Global Returns & Refunds Policy

At LXRY Global, your satisfaction is our top priority. We recognize that purchasing luxury apparel online requires confidence, and we are dedicated to providing a transparent, fair, and seamless return experience.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.

  • The item must be in resalable condition, free from wear, damage, or alteration.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Intimates and undergarments

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items returned without prior authorization


2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@lxrywear.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning them.

  3. Once reviewed and approved, our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide detailed return instructions.

Please note: Returns sent without a valid RA number will not be accepted or processed.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. LXRY Global is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item or size, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order through lxrywear.com.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@lxrywear.com with clear photos of the issue.

  • Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received within 5 business days after approval:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again.

  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
